Bot@Work is a Software as a Service (SaaS) based solution by FlatworldSolutions ("FWS", "we", "us", "our") that provides its customers tools to generate responses based on their Customer Records (as defined below) and inputs ("Customer Inputs") by sending Customer Inputs and extracts from Customer Records to third-party products and services ("Third-Party AI Tools") and receive responses from the Third-Party AI Tools ("Customer Outputs"). At FWS, protecting the privacy of our customers is a core business principle. We understand that the information we process belongs to our customers, and not us.

Our practices stated in this Privacy Policy are applicable worldwide. FWS is a global organization, with legal entities, business processes, management structures, and technical systems that cross borders.
